Main Role: Producer, Project Lead, Outsourcing Manager, Product Owner 
Supporting Role: System Design, Marketing & Community

Some of my responsibilities:

  • Setting up communication pipelines, team contract and a clear schedule for the team, to improve efficency and try to keep the human connection even during a remote-developed game.
  • Introduce Scrum and Agile methodologies and adapt them to the needs and unique characteristics of the team.
  • Onboard the team to the use of Jira Software for planning and bug fix.

Supporting Role: Outsourcing Manager, Scrum Master, Marketing,

Some of my responsibilities:

  • In charge of setting sprint goals and milestons, negotiate deadlines, reduce the scope and apply both Scrum and Waterfall
  • Collaborate with Programmers, Artist, Designers, Level Designers and Sound Designers, in order to create a flexible feature plan with estimates and budget expenses.
  • Setting the framework for bug fixing with Kanban and JIRA.

Sea of Slaps - Game/Level Designer & Producer | 8 Developers

Supporting Role: Sound Design, Vision Holder

Some of my responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Design and Level Design from concept to release.
  • Responsible for the Product Backlog and making sure the new team members are onboarded correctly to our process and vision.
  • Create vision documents and forms to be sure that the team is aligned in the same direction and are working towards the same vision.
  • Onboard the team to the use of Trello Software and manage their work with weekly and bi-weekly sprints from concept to release.

Comingsoon.it (AnicaFlash srl) - Executive Editor In Chief
As an editor at the movie section of Comingsoon.it (italian media magazine with over 20mil views per month), I've been put in charge of creating a subsection for games. 
During this experience, I learned more about the type of leading role I want to be, Goal Oriented management and marketing communication.

By being the main PR representant, I learned a lot about game companies and public relations. I have been invited to private dinners, press events and conventions where I could practice my communication soft skills with developers and PRs.

As main reviewer, I also gained great knowledge about game genres. I schedule articles for each release over the span of 6 years and wrote over 400 reviews and historical analysis, from the yearly sport games to undiscovered gems and retrogames.
